Megan Ellsworth is the Multimedia Director for The Coffee Shops, where she leads content strategy and production across podcasts, webinars, video and digital media for the roofing and exterior construction industries. With a background in music and storytelling, Megan brings creativity and energy to industry education and engagement. She is an active advocate for workforce development and community building and serves in leadership roles with National Women in Roofing. Megan is passionate about amplifying voices in the trades and connecting people through meaningful media.
