Before having changes made to their ventilation system, this homeowner wanted to double-check that their attic was still going to have proper ventilation.

Tommie, a Louisiana homeowner was working on their attic vents and wanted to make sure their new system works as a standalone. This is what they asked:

I have a question about whirly birds. I have a 1,892 square foot attic with gable vents at each end and one whirly bird on the roof. If I add a Gable Mount Power Attic Ventilator with a thermostat at one end can I remove the whirly bird? Thanks.
