What inspired you to nominate this person?

Jamie Rasmussen is the heartbeat of our office. She embodies professionalism, dedication and care in everything she does. Watching her balance the fast-paced demands of our roofing operations while still making every team member and customer feel valued inspired me to nominate her. Her leadership behind the scenes ensures our projects stay organized and efficient, but more importantly, she fosters a positive, supportive environment that uplifts everyone around her.

How does this person go above and beyond for their customers and/or their community?

Jamie consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that every customer feels informed and confident throughout their roofing project. From walking homeowners through insurance processes to ensuring timely updates on scheduling and permitting, she serves as a reliable point of contact who listens, solves problems and provides reassurance. Beyond her role with customers, she is active in supporting local community events and fosters a strong team culture within the company, making sure everyone feels supported and appreciated.

What else would you like to share about the person you're nominating?

Jamie is not only an exceptional office manager but also a mentor and role model within our company. Her attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle challenges with grace make her an irreplaceable asset. She consistently finds ways to improve processes, streamline operations and support both field staff and leadership. Jamie's contributions may not always be visible on the roof, but they are foundational to the success of every project we complete.
