The International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) is an international association of building enclosure (roofing, waterproofing and exterior wall) professionals. Their mission is to advance the profession of building enclosure consultants and since 1983 they have offered unbiased design, repair planning, quality assurance observance, legal testimony and general roofing and other building enclosure management services.
