Avoid roofing catastrophes with TremCare®

The Tremco WTI team’s comprehensive roof maintenance program addresses small issues before they become expensive problems.  

Proactive maintenance is key to a roof’s long-term performance and savings. What might seem like a small issue one day – say a little bit of ponding water – can easily grow into an expensive, stressful and dangerous problem the next – like a leak in your building. To help you avoid those small issues growing into expensive catastrophes, Tremco WTI has created a holistic roof maintenance program to help building owners keep their roofs in tip-top shape – TremCare®.   

The TremCare program connects business owners to WTI/WTC’s trained roofing technicians for regular inspections and maintenance. This proactive approach helps prevent premature roof deterioration and allows for early corrective action against any emerging issues. Doug Schulz, Tremco WTI’s Gulf Coast region manager, elaborates, “Through TremCare we're going to give you core construction info, perimeter details and conditions of your roof. We're also going to give you overall roof conditions and offer recommendations to keep your roof system lasting as long as possible for any problems that we see.” 

Within the TremCare Program, there are three maintenance levels depending on your roof’s needs:  

• Asset Management – At this level, WTI/WTC inspectors will routinely inspect your roof for you. Their findings will be put into Tremco’s Online Information System (OLI®) for you to use.  
• TremCare Gold – Taking things up a level, TremCare Gold sends technicians for inspections, housekeeping and preventative maintenance. It also gives you access to a 24-hour emergency leak response!  
• TremCare Platinum – The highest level, you get everything included in Asset Management and TremCare Gold, plus the repairs are on Tremco if your roof leaks (note: roofs may require upgrades or repairs first).  

Having these three different levels allows building owners to choose the protection plan that is right for their roof.
