APOC’s roof tile system boasts product compatibility, availability and tested performance. 

APOC knows that product compatibility is the name of the game when it comes to picking products for a tile project. Rather than reading spec sheets and checking product ingredients, APOC offers a comprehensive tile system designed to take the guesswork out of tiling.  

The expanded APOC roof tile system is a one-stop shop for most roof tile applications, whether the need is at the deck or tile level. The products have also been tested and approved as a system, delivering enhanced performance and approvals for both Miami-Dade and Florida building codes. 

The system includes four key products. APOC 26 30# Tuff-Felt is an asphalt-saturated roof underlayment designed to help protect against moisture entry while still allowing air vapor transmission. It is reinforced for tensile strength and tear resistance and is intended for use over plywood beneath shingle, wood shake, tile and other primary coverings. 

APOC 128 SBS Modified Flashing Cement is a multipurpose repair compound and mastic for flashing, gutters, sills, lintels, copings, skylights, seams, expansion joints and other roofing repairs. It offers strong adhesion, can be applied to vertical surfaces without sagging and can withstand weather climates up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.  

Also included is APOC Weather-Armor FT3, a fleece-top underlayment for use beneath tile, metal and other mechanically fastened roof systems to help protect against ice and water dams. The product also features a non-skid surface for traction, durability and walkability. 

Rounding out the system is the newest addition, APOC Polyset Roof Tile Adhesives. These adhesives are low-pressure polyurethane foam products designed to adhere to tile while reducing deck penetrations. Featuring holding power that outshines nails, mortar, screws and wire tie systems, these adhesives are a game changer for those looking to streamline their application process.
