Deer Park Roofing is the April R-Club Roofer of the Month!

This award-winning company is known for their wide range of services and their dedication to Protecting What’s Important® for their clients. Recently, they were featured as the R-Club Roofer of the Month and Alex Tolle sat down to talk to Deer Park Roofing’s president, Nick Sabino, about their operations.  

While the company is based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, Deer Park Roofing also has satellite offices in Walton and Louisville, Kentucky, allowing them to serve the state of Ohio, and the greater Indianapolis, Louisville and Cincinnati areas. Nick shared a bit more about the work they do, saying, “We're about 30% residential, 70% commercial. We do a lot of condo work as well. A lot of steep-slope condo work, a little bit of low-slope condo work, really a lot of different roof systems. We're pretty diverse, but no matter what project it is, we really pride ourselves in our craftsmanship.”

The core of that craftsmanship that Nick and his team take pride in is their comprehensive process. He explained, “Our process starts with really good design. How we start and what we propose to put on a roof might be a little more expensive than what our competitors are doing. But our scope of work is going to be really in depth, we're going to make sure that our roof systems have really good wind uplift, fire protection, every single thing.”  

From there, they continue with the same level of care for details during the installation process. Nick elaborated, “Our project managers really think about what we want the customer to say about us when the project is complete... We want the customer to say, ‘I got elite service, whether it's from a quality standpoint or just the way that they took care of our needs and responded to everything that we wanted out of the roof system.’”

And the care does not stop after the roof. Deer Park Roofing has a large service department (15-20 trucks) for both residential and commercial work. Nick shared a bit about this part of their company, saying, “Our maintenance option, Roof Advantage 360, is comprised of three things — emergency services, restoring a roof back to its original design and preventative maintenance.” It is this level of care, for all their customers and at all parts of a roof’s lifespan, that has made Deer Park Roofing a staple in their community and our April R-Club Roofer of the Month!
