IKO Craftsman Premier gives insight into why IKO Dynasty impact-resistant shingles are a part of his process to help homeowners feel safe.

Brendon Muse is a third-generation roofer from River City Roofing Solutions. In a video interview, he shares what being an IKO Craftsman Premier in the IKO ROOFPRO loyalty program means to him and his business and how it allows him to deliver above and beyond protection for homeowners.

“Being a Craftsman Premier contractor means being able to offer those higher end warranties, offer that ironclad warranty and use those truly backed 130 mile an hour wind warranties,” says Brendon. “Which is what we love and why we're going to continue to use IKO.”

Brendon tells IKO that River City Roofing Solution specializes in storm damage. “For a lot of people it's either their first time or you know it's something that they maybe only have to do once or twice in their life,” says Brendon. “For me to be there at the adjuster appointment allows me to maximize your claim and that's my goal.”

Brendon is passionate about being an advocate for the homeowner, which is why he is using Class 3 Impact Resistant shingles to enable residential property owners to obtain a reduction in their residential insurance premium, if available.

“We are using the Dynasty which makes a huge difference as far as storm damage,” says Brendon. As an IKO ROOFPRO® contractor he is dedicated to providing the homeowner with uncompromised protection for the things that matter most, delivering on both curb appeal and durability.
