Dormer Vent
Here you see Mike Rice roofing around a dormer vent with GAF Grand Seqouia Shingles. Dormer vents are one way to ventilate an attic. These exhaust vents draw the air from a hot attic in the summer months helping keep the underside of the shingles cool as required by the manufacturers.
